Job Description

  • Coordinate Service Centre operations as central point of contact.
  • Ensure effective communication, seamless job execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage accurate documentation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing service jobs.
  • Monitor job progress and update tracking systems.
  • Assist in scheduling service activities, manpower, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding job status and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare service reports, delivery documents, and monitor invoicing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Generate KPI reports and operational performance data.
  • Support resource planning and workload forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly timesheets and man hour booking in ERP.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
