About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle customer RFQs for spare parts and prepare accurate, competitive quotations
- Review customer requirements and identify the correct spare parts based on equipment specifications
- Coordinate with technical support, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure timely and accurate quotations
- Follow up on submitted quotations to maximize order conversion
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
- Maintain and update quotation records, customer data, and sales activities in ERP/CRM systems
- Support the external sales team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, Business Administration (preferably Sales & Marketing)
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, quotation management, or customer support, preferably in the process industry
- Experience in handling spare parts quotations/RFQs for food, pharmaceutical, dairy, beverage, or related industries is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Customer oriented, team player, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn

About the Job
- Responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within assigned area and providing direct support to customers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Handle customer RFQs for spare parts and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
- Review customer requirements and identify the correct spare parts based on equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with technical support, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure timely and accurate quotations.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical, Business Administration (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, quotation management, or customer support, preferably in the process industry.
- Experience in handling spare parts quotations/RFQs for food, pharmaceutical, dairy, beverage, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
