Customer and Service Coordination
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the workshop.
- Discuss and document vehicle issues and service requirements.
- Open and manage job cards with detailed vehicle, customer, and service information.
- Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, repairs, and associated costs.
- Obtain customer approvals before initiating additional work.
- Coordinate job scheduling and priorities with the workshop team.
Workshop and Parts Coordination
- Communicate job details and customer expectations to technicians and mechanics.
- Provide accurate estimates for services, repairs, and parts.
- Coordinate with the parts department to confirm component availability.
- Inform customers about potential parts procurement delays.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and unexpected issues.
- Perform quality checks on completed service work and address discrepancies.
Customer Service and Records
- Address customer concerns and support a positive service experience.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, job cards, and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, including repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the workshop.
