Role Summary

The Group Chief Executive Officer is accountable for converting the Owners' vision and the Board's mandate into sustainable enterprise value.

The Group CEO shall lead the entire Legend Holding Group as one integrated institution, ensuring that every business operates with clear strategic direction, strong leadership, disciplined execution, effective governance and measurable accountability.

The Group CEO is responsible for the Group's consolidated financial performance, portfolio strategy, capital allocation, organizational capability, leadership succession, risk management, reputation and long-term sustainability.

The Group Ceo Shall

  • Protect and enhance the Owners' interests, reputation, capital and long-term legacy.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the Group's three-to-five-year strategy.
  • Deliver sustainable profitable growth, cash generation and return on invested capital.
  • Manage the Group as an actively governed portfolio rather than as disconnected companies.
  • Determine where the Group should invest, grow, transform, partner, consolidate, restructure or exit.
  • Establish a high-performance operating model across all businesses and corporate functions.
  • Build a strong, accountable and succession-ready leadership team.
  • Institutionalize governance without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Serve as the principal executive link between the Owners, Board, Group management and Business Units.
  • Represent the Group credibly with governments, OEMs, financial institutions, strategic partners, investors, regulators and other major stakeholders.
  • Protect the Group against financial, operational, legal, compliance, cyber, people and reputational risks.
  • Ensure that the organization remains entrepreneurial, fast-moving and commercially aggressive while operating within disciplined controls.

Shareholder Mandate And Enterprise Direction

  • Understand and translate the Owners' long-term vision, values, risk appetite and legacy objectives into an executable corporate mandate.
  • Provide the Owners and Board with independent, fact-based and commercially sound advice.
  • Constructively challenge proposals that may expose the Group to unacceptable financial, legal, operational or reputational risk.

Group Strategy

  • Lead the development and annual refresh of the Group's three-to-five-year strategy.
  • Define the strategic role of each Business Unit within the portfolio.
  • Convert strategy into a limited number of measurable enterprise priorities.

Portfolio Management And Growth

  • Manage the Group as a portfolio of businesses competing for capital and leadership attention.
  • Sponsor organic growth, new-market entry, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions and new-business creation.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen the Group's capabilities, market access, technology, supply chain or brand position.

Financial Stewardship And Capital Allocation

  • Lead the annual planning and budgeting process and recommend the annual budget and capital plan to the Board.
  • Allocate capital based on strategy, risk-adjusted returns and enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure rigorous control over inventory, receivables, payables, procurement, financing and cash conversion.

Operating Model And Performance Management

  • Establish the Group operating model, including the relationship between corporate functions and Business Units.
  • Ensure every Business Unit has an approved strategy, annual plan, budget, scorecard and accountable leader.
  • Conduct structured weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

Commercial Excellence And Customer Value

  • Ensure that the Group's growth is based on sustainable customer value and market competitiveness.
  • Strengthen the Group's relationships with OEMs, suppliers, fleet customers, government entities, distributors and strategic accounts.
  • Ensure that customer retention, service quality, product quality and complaint resolution are measured and actively managed.

Leadership, Talent and Succession

  • Build an enterprise-level leadership team capable of operating without excessive dependence on the Owners.
  • Recommend the appointment, remuneration, development and removal of Group C-suite exec
