Role Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the automotive service department.
Coordinate customer needs, technicians, parts teams, service quality, and sales-related service objectives.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document their vehicle issues and requested services.
- Open and manage accurate job cards for each customer.
- Explain services, repairs, maintenance schedules, costs, and required approvals.
- Schedule and prioritize jobs with workshop staff and communicate expectations to technicians.
- Coordinate parts availability and inform customers about procurement delays.
- Provide repair-progress updates and maintain customer communication.
- Check completed work for quality and address discrepancies with the workshop team.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer interaction records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field.
- Proven Service Advisor experience in an automotive workshop, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and tools.
