- Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing/repair needs, and record requirements on job card
- Explain job contents, value, and cost to customers; prepare work instructions for technicians
- Organize inspection upon job completion to ensure quality standards
- Deliver vehicle courteously after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and follow up
- Keep customers informed on back order parts status and work progress
- Upsell new accessories, service packages, and participate in service campaigns
- Upgrade product knowledge through web based and classroom training
- Follow up on Work in Progress (WIP) targeting closure in 30 days
- Follow up with customers on long pending vehicles for delivery
Requirements
- Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate
- 2 5 years' experience in automotive trade
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic & English)

Overview
- To provide professional service to customers, accurately recording and organizing quality repair and maintenance services to enhance customer retention and after sales revenue.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing/repair needs, guide them on assessment & repair of problems/faults and service requirements based on manufacturer recommendation.
- Explain to the customer contents of the job, its value and cost involved; prepare clear work instruction for the technician.
- Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure quality meets prescribed standard.
- Deliver the vehicle in most courteous manner once the job has been completed.
- Establish healthy and profitable relationship by proactively communicating and following up with customers.
- Keep customers constantly posted on status of back order parts.
- Keep customers periodically informed about work progress and deliver vehicles after collecting charges.
- Upsell new accessories, service packages, additional service and participate actively in service campaign.
- Upgrade product knowledge through web based training and classroom training.
- Establish cordial relation with customers and workshop staff.
- Follow up on Work in Progress (WIP) targeting closer in 30 days.
- Follow up with customers on long pending vehicles for taking delivery.
Qualification & Experience
- Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate
- 2 5 years' experience in automotive trade
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic & English)
