- Upsell products and services responsibly to achieve revenue targets
- Identify customer concerns and ensure vehicles are repaired right the first time
- Coordinate closely with workshop teams to ensure timely updates and on time delivery
- Clearly explain repairs, maintenance requirements, costs, and value added services to customers
- Handle customer concerns professionally to enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, systems, and data accuracy standards
- Contribute to departmental performance and customer satisfaction objectives
