Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and landing pages.
• Create SEO-friendly landing pages designed to generate qualified leads.
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and market research.
• Optimize website content, metadata, headings, URLs, internal linking, and site structure.
• Manage a six-month SEO and website traffic growth strategy.
• Monitor SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads, conversions, and landing-page performance.
• Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, user experience, and technical performance.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and relevant SEO tools to monitor performance.
• Resolve technical SEO issues, broken links, indexing problems, crawlability issues, and website errors.
• Work with Marketing and Content teams on SEO-focused content, blogs, community pages, and landing pages.
• Implement tracking codes, conversion tracking, lead forms, pixels, and other lead-generation elements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO and web development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the UAE real estate industry or a lead-generation-focused business is preferred.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads landing pages is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization is a plus.
