Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, and property owners.
• Generate, manage, and market property listings across Off-Plan, Secondary, and Commercial sectors.
• Conduct property viewings and consultations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and sales agreements to successfully close transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Utilize company-provided marketing tools and resources to maximize lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
