Role Overview

The company is expanding its sales team and seeking experienced, ambitious Real Estate Consultants.

The role covers off-plan and secondary-market property sales in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of Dubai real estate experience.
  • Proven sales background is mandatory.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car required.
  • Financial readiness to work in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Self-driven, proactive, ambitious, and motivated by results and earning potential.

The Role

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio across the off-plan and/or secondary market.
  • Prospect and qualify clients, manage leads, conduct property viewings and presentations, and advise on suitable opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions through completion.
  • Build long-term client relationships, develop new business, and work toward individual sales targets.
