Real Estate Consultant - Off Plan/Secondary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors, and property owners.
• Generate, manage, and market listings across off-plan, secondary, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct property viewings and consultations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and sales agreements to close transactions.
• Monitor market trends, property values, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Deliver customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Use company marketing tools to maximize lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred, and real estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
• A self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
• A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Applicants must be comfortable working on a commission-only structure.
