- Review and verify as-built drawings and O&M manuals for all wet utility systems.
- Participate in progress, technical, and coordination meetings, providing input on wet utility-related issues, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Monitor the contractor s work program, resources, sequencing, and method of construction for wet utilities and highlight any potential delays or constraints.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements are fully implemented and followed for all wet utility works, in line with Parsons and project policies.
- Prepare and submit discipline-specific reports, including daily/weekly progress reports, quality reports, technical memos, and site correspondence as required.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of wet utility systems to the client and relevant authorities/utility providers.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients, client representatives, and local authorities/utility providers during construction and handover stages.
What Required Skills You Ll Bring

- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and communication skills within multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting utility layouts, profiles, hydraulic drawings, and coordination plans.
- Familiarity with HSE and quality management systems in a construction environment.
- Experience in KSA or the GCC region is preferred.
