- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project risk management framework
- Establish risk management procedures, methodologies, tools, and reporting mechanisms
- Develop and maintain project risk registers, risk breakdown structures, risk categories, and risk ownership frameworks
- Facilitate risk identification workshops with project stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and analyze project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, design, construction, interfaces, procurement, and operations
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation, contingency, and response strategies
- Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, heat maps, trend analysis, and executive risk summaries
- Coordinate with planning and commercial teams to identify schedule drivers, cost exposure, and potential impacts
- Support change control processes by evaluating potential impacts on cost, schedule, quality, and delivery objectives
- Provide risk management support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project risk management for major infrastructure, airport, transportation, EPC, or large scale construction projects
- Proven experience managing risks across complex multidisciplinary programs
- Strong experience supporting projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases
- Experience working with international clients, contractors, consultants, and delivery partners
- Experience implementing structured risk management frameworks within major capital projects
- Professional certification such as PMI RMP, CRM, APM Risk Certificate, or equivalent
- Master's Degree in Risk Management, Project Management, or related field

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk Manager to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project risk management framework in alignment with project requirements and international best practices.
- Establish risk management procedures, methodologies, tools, and reporting mechanisms across the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project risk registers, risk breakdown structures, risk categories, and risk ownership frameworks.
- Ensure effective implementation of risk management processes across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
- Support project leadership in embedding a proactive risk management culture across all project teams.
- Facilitate risk identification workshops with project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and discipline leads.
- Identify, assess, and analyze project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, design, construction, interfaces, procurement, and operations.
- Evaluate risk probability, impact, exposure, and trends to support informed decision making.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation, contingency, and response strategies.
- Track risk actions, escalation requirements, and closure of mitigation measures.
- Manage risks associated with airport airfield development, including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavements, utilities, and supporting infrastructure.
- Assess risks related to aviation operational requirements, airside access, safety constraints, and phased construction activities.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Risk Management, Project Management, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project risk management for major infrastructure, airport, transportation, EPC, or large scale construction projects.
- Proven experience managing risks across complex multidisciplinary programs.
- Strong experience supporting projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Experience working with international clients, contractors, consultants, and delivery partners.

- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques.
- Experience with risk management tools and systems such as Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, Active Risk Manager (ARM), or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of project controls, planning, cost management, contracts, and change management processes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure delivery risks, construction methodologies, and project interfaces.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence project teams and senior management in risk based decision making.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional certification such as PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI RMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), APM Risk Certificate, or equivalent.
- Experience working on international airport development and airfield infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge of ICAO aviation requirements and airport operational constraints.
- Experience working under FIDIC, EPC, design build, or similar international contract frameworks.
