Job description
The hospitality division is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Waitress.
The role provides professional table service, assists with restaurant operations, and supports junior waiters.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional table service.
- Assist with daily restaurant operations.
- Support junior waiters in delivering an excellent dining experience.
- Help maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Handle complaints and challenging situations professionally.
Requirements
- At least two to five years of waiter or senior waiter experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
