Job Summary

  • The Senior Visual Content Specialist leads the planning, production, and delivery of high quality visual content across photography, videography, filmmaking, and post production to support Group marketing, communications, executive messaging, and brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Visual Content Strategy & Creative Direction: Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual storytelling aligned with Group communication strategies and brand positioning.
  • Creative Direction: Translate marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and executive messaging into compelling visual narratives.
  • Corporate Filmmaking: Plan and execute complex filming projects including corporate films, executive interviews, documentaries, and large scale event coverage.
  • Production Management: Oversee production planning including shot lists, filming schedules, equipment setup, and multi location shoots.
  • Professional Equipment Operation: Manage advanced camera systems, lighting setups, professional audio equipment, and drone filming when required.
  • Production Quality Assurance: Ensure optimal technical standards in filming, sound capture, lighting design, and image composition.
  • Advanced Editing: Lead cinematic video editing including color grading, sound design, visual enhancements, and motion graphics integration.
  • Content Finalization: Produce polished visual outputs suitable for corporate presentations, campaigns, digital platforms, and executive communications.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and messaging consistency.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high production quality standards across all visual outputs and ensure visual alignment with corporate branding.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with marketing leadership to align visual production with campaign strategies and communication initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with communications teams and business units to support internal and external messaging.

Job Responsibilities 2

  • Vendor & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors when required to support large scale productions.
  • Production Oversight: Supervise outsourced visual projects to ensure alignment with creative direction and brand requirements.
  • Innovation & Technology Integration: Introduce innovative filming techniques, digital production tools, and emerging technologies to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Stay updated on industry trends, cinematic techniques, and best practices in corporate filmmaking.
  • Digital Asset Organization: Maintain organized storage, archiving, and management of visual content assets.
  • Content Effectiveness Support: Support marketing teams by ensuring visual content contributes to campaign engagement and communication impact.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Cinematography & Production Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting design, audio capture, and drone operations.
  • Post Production Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in professional editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics software.
  • Creative Storytelling: Strong visual storytelling capability aligned with corporate branding and communication strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple productions, schedules, and creative deliverables simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills when working with executives and marketing teams.

Job Experience

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in videography, photography, filmmaking, and visual content production.
  • Corporate Production Exposure: Proven experience producing corporate films, executive interviews, and large scale event coverage.
  • Production Environment Experience: Experience working in corporate environments, media organizations, or creative agencies supporting large organizations.
