Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
As a
Visual Communications Manager (Presentation & Graphic Design)
, you will be responsible for translating complex business ideas, strategies, and content into
clear, structured, and visually compelling outputs
.
The role combines
strong graphic design fundamentals
with the ability to
simplify and communicate information effectively
, with a primary focus on
high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive and strategic use
.
In addition, you will develop supporting visual assets across digital and brand platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop
- high-impact PowerPoint presentations
- for executive and board-level audiences (primary focus).
- Translate complex content into
- clear, structured, and visually intuitive slides, storylines, and frameworks
- .
- Create
- infographics, diagrams, and visual models
- that simplify and communicate key ideas effectively.
- Ensure strong
- visual hierarchy, clarity, and flow
- across all materials — not just aesthetics.
- Apply and adapt
- brand guidelines consistently
- , ensuring all outputs are compliant while maintaining high design quality.
- Develop
- graphic design assets
- including logos, posters, social media creatives, and marketing collateral using Adobe tools.
- Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and leadership teams to
- understand content and elevate its visual delivery
- .
- Maintain and evolve
- templates, visual systems, and design standards
- to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality outputs in a
- fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- .
Qualifications
- **4–6+ years of experience**
- in visual design, preferably in
- consulting, corporate communications, or fast-paced environments
- .
- **Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential**
- , with the ability to create
- structured, polished, executive-ready presentations efficiently
- .
- Strong foundation in
- graphic design principles
- , including layout, typography, branding, and visual identity development.
- Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- , with the ability to produce high-quality design outputs across formats.
- Proven ability to
- translate complex business content into clear, structured, and visually compelling communication
- .
- Strong understanding of
- visual storytelling, information hierarchy, and content simplification
- .
- Ability to
- apply and adapt brand guidelines consistently
- across presentations and design assets.
- Experience designing
- infographics, diagrams, and visual frameworks
- to communicate key ideas effectively.
- Ability to work closely with
- cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- , understanding context and delivering fit-for-purpose outputs.
- **Experience in consulting, Big Four, or corporate communications design roles is a strong advantage.**
- Basic capability in
- creating simple animations or motion graphics
