Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations
- Establish tables of accounts and record all entries in proper accounts
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
- Ensure accuracy of data contained on all Financial Reports
- Support implementation of HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness activities
Requirements
- Professional Qualification in Accounts and Finance or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 3 5 years working experience in Construction or Real Estate or Retail
- Knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and practices
- Knowledge of the financial markets and banking
- Knowledge of the analysis and reporting of financial data
- In depth and demonstrable experience in financial management and accounting
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

- Ensure that records and analysis reflect the true and accurate measure of the business as presented in the graphs and are available on a real time basis.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Ensure that analysis reflects true and accurate data of actual costs VS budgeted costs.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Qualifications
- Professional Qualification in Accounts and Finance or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Required Skills
- Knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and practices.
- Minimum 3 5 year(s) working experience in Construction or Real Estate or Retail
- Knowledge of the financial markets and banking.
- Knowledge of the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- In depth and demonstrable experience in financial management and accounting.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
