- Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention programs
- Build and lead the HR team, setting KPIs and development plans
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce related decisions
- Own HR budget and reporting to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record leading HR functions in a complex, multi department organization
- Strong knowledge of laws, compensation structures, and organizational development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Purpose
