About the Role
ALDAR Properties is seeking a Senior Vice President of Customer Operations to lead post-sale operations, centralize customer requests, and enhance service delivery across DXB, RAK, and AUH.

- Lead customer operations to drive a customer centric post sale operations function
- Enhance customer operations processes for better visibility and accountability
- Set up operations for DXB & RAK launch of ALDAR services
- Centralize workflows across customer touch points under a shared service function
- Partner with Sales support teams to forecast volumes and plan operations
- Oversee daily operations and post sale registrations including SPA validation
- Compile and present regular reports on operational metrics to senior management
- Drive and enhance CSAT and Net Promoter Scores
- Manage projects and operational governance within the team
- Plan strategies for customer interfaces across digital, virtual, and physical channels
- Drive integration with government authorities for seamless customer experiences

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Set up operations to support DXB & RAK launch of ALDAR services

- Provide support and enable Operations team for seamless execution
