- Develop and lead Aldar Development's overall Commercial strategy, integrating inputs across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Operations
- Cascade the Commercial strategy to all business units, ensuring alignment and assisting in developing departmental scorecards and strategic initiatives
- Lead strategic planning processes including market assessments, financial modelling, and competitive analysis
- Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the Commercial function
- Establish and maintain a robust data analytics and business intelligence capability across Commercial
- Oversee commercial forecasting, providing accurate revenue projections, budgets, and scenario planning
- Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports and strategic insights to the CCO and senior leadership

- Proficiency in financial modelling and competitive analysis

- Establish a data driven culture within Commercial, spearheading analytics and BI to inform decision making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
- Serve as the key strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, translating market intelligence and performance data into actionable business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Aldar Development's overall Commercial strategy, integrating inputs across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Operations.
- Cascade the Commercial strategy to all business units, ensuring alignment and assisting in developing departmental scorecards and strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic planning processes including market assessments, financial modelling, and competitive analysis.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the Commercial function.
- Act as primary contact for senior leadership on commercial strategy, performance, and operational improvements.
- Establish and maintain a robust data analytics and business intelligence capability across Commercial.
- Oversee commercial forecasting, providing accurate revenue projections, budgets, and scenario planning.
- Ensure availability, accuracy, and timeliness of data, dashboards, and performance reports for commercial leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Champion the use of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, CRM analytics) across the function.
- Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports and strategic insights to the CCO and senior leadership.
- Track key financial and non financial KPIs including revenue performance, NPS, and sales efficiency.
