Requirements
- MRICS required — RICS Registered Valuer status essential
- 7+ years post qualification experience in Valuations & Advisory
- 3+ years UAE market experience
- Strong command of Red Book methodologies — comparison, income, residual & cost
- Mortgage valuation panel experience with UAE lenders
- DCF analysis & transaction support advisory
- DLD, RERA & IFRS 13 awareness

The Role
- You will be responsible for the management, delivery, and quality control of real estate valuation and advisory services across the UAE — managing client relationships, overseeing team output, and driving the commercial growth of the department.
What We're Looking For
- MRICS required — RICS Registered Valuer status essential
- 7+ years post qualification experience in Valuations & Advisory
- 3+ years UAE market experience
- Strong command of Red Book methodologies — comparison, income, residual & cost
- Mortgage valuation panel experience with UAE lenders
- DCF analysis & transaction support advisory
- DLD, RERA & IFRS 13 awareness
