About The Role

Our client, a well-established organisation operating across the UAE with operations in the GCC, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules across the business.

This is an immediate requirement.

The organisation is mid-implementation and requires a consultant who can integrate seamlessly into an active project environment and contribute from day one.

Oracle Fusion Modules In Scope

  • The consultant will be expected to have hands-on implementation experience across one or more of the following modules:
  • **Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Base Cloud Service — Hosted Employee**
  • Fusion Recruiting Cloud Service — Hosted Employee
  • Fusion Learning Cloud Service — Named User
  • Fusion Talent Management Cloud Service — Named User
  • Fusion Time and Labor Cloud Service — Named User
  • **Fusion Payroll Cloud Service for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)**
  • Oracle Fusion Workforce Scheduling Cloud Service — Named User

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules in scope
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), and test scripts
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules in line with UAE and KSA labour law and payroll requirements
  • Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during and post-implementation
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and internal HR teams
  • Work closely with Oracle support and third-party implementation partners as required
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards

Essential

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation in a techno-functional capacity
  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion modules — particularly HCM Base, Payroll GCC, and at least two additional modules in scope
  • Strong understanding of UAE and KSA HR systems, labour law, WPS compliance, and payroll localisation requirements
  • Solid technical skills including Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations
  • Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: Healthcare · Construction · Manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced implementation environment
