- Own the day to day marketing function for the brokerage
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create content including copywriting, basic design, and video coordination
- Run digital campaigns and track performance metrics
- Support the brokerage's brand across all touchpoints
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with lead generation and property visibility
Requirements
- 3–4 years of marketing experience
- Real estate or property marketing experience is a strong advantage
- Strong social media management skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta Ads)
- Experience creating content (copywriting, basic design, video coordination)
- Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
- Experience running paid digital campaigns and tracking performance metrics
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Based in Dubai

Role Overview
- Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai to identify a driven and creative Marketing Executive.
- This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands how to build a brand presence in Dubai's competitive property market.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the day to day marketing function — managing social media channels, creating content, running digital campaigns, and supporting the brokerage's brand across all touchpoints.
- You will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation and property visibility.
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of marketing experience — real estate or property is a strong advantage
- Strong social media management skills — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta Ads
- Experience creating content — copywriting, basic design, and video coordination
- Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and property portal landscape — Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle

- Based in Dubai — full time, on site
