- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, field studies, surveys, usability testing)
- Build and manage a panel of drivers and riders for continuous feedback
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with product managers and designers during discovery and validation phases
- Identify key user pain points and opportunities across the driver and rider journey
- Support product decisions with data driven insights and research findings
- Contribute to building research processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 4 7+ years of experience in UX Research or related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong experience in qualitative research and user interviews
- Good understanding of quantitative methods (surveys, data analysis)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross functional teams
- Experience working closely with product and design teams
- Experience in mobility, ride hailing, travel, or marketplace products
- Experience conducting field research with operational users (e.g., drivers, couriers)
- Familiarity with analytics tools and behavioral data
