Job Description
Join Core Engineering and Platforms to shape experiences for engineers, product teams, and internal customers.
Focus on Developer Experience, enterprise technology platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and internal engineering services.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and UX teams to improve usability, adoption, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design experiences across engineering platforms, enterprise technology products, and developer-facing tools.
- Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements to usability, productivity, and adoption.
- Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and experience concepts for complex technical processes.
- Facilitate customer interviews, discovery sessions, journey mapping, and service design activities.
- Analyze customer feedback, experience metrics, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Translate customer insights into design recommendations and product enhancements.
- Support design handoff, usability testing, and collaboration with delivery teams.
- Contribute to experience strategy, governance, UX best practices, and measurement.
