Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Urban Planner Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the development and implementation of strategic urban planning policies and integrated housing and real estate development initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the preparation and review of strategic urban plans, policies, and frameworks aligned with national and sectoral objectives.
- Develop and manage housing and real estate development strategies, including land use optimization and supply enhancement initiatives.
- Oversee the preparation of regional, master, and local plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and planning standards.
- Coordinate with government entities, municipalities, and stakeholders to align development priorities and facilitate project delivery.
- Conduct and review urban, socio economic, and technical studies to support planning and investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of planning codes, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor implementation of strategic plans and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, sustainability, and housing outcomes.
