- Provide strategic leadership across the landscape portfolio, setting direction, priorities, and standards aligned with the program vision and objectives
- Lead and integrate multi disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across design consultants, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
- Drive performance, accountability, and quality across all landscape packages, ensuring delivery against program milestones
- Act as the senior interface with the client and key stakeholders, representing Parsons in high level engagements and providing solutions oriented leadership
- Establish governance, reporting, and control mechanisms to ensure clarity, consistency, and delivery assurance across the program
- Develop and mentor senior team members, building leadership capability and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large scale landscape or public realm programs
- Proven experience leading large scale landscape or public realm portfolios within complex program or mega projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage senior, multi disciplinary teams in high performance environments
- Strong program level perspective, with ability to balance quality, cost, schedule, and risk across multiple workstreams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior clients and influencing outcomes in complex environments
- Solid understanding of PMO structures, governance frameworks, and program delivery controls
