Responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms
- Create high fidelity prototypes and clearly communicate micro interactions and user flows to cross functional teams
- Conduct and participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape product direction using UX insights and performance metrics
- Own the full design lifecycle from concept development through execution and iteration based on user and business impact
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2+ years in product focused companies
- Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact, including redesigns, experimentation (A/B testing), and measurable results
- Strong experience designing for B2C digital products in a senior or product designer capacity
- Proactive, self driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast paced, iterative environments
- Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal

Role Overview

- This is a hands on senior role where ownership spans from early ideation through to validated product outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
