- Conduct training needs analysis for business setup consultants and support staff
- Develop structured onboarding programs for new consultants
- Create training modules on company formation processes
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and one on one training sessions
- Create SOP manuals, process guides, and knowledge base materials
- Monitor regulatory updates and integrate changes into training programs
- Assess consultant knowledge through tests, case studies, and simulations
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate improvement and error reduction
- Support continuous learning and performance coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or compliance
- 2+ years of training or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of Articulate 360
- Strong understanding of business setup processes and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong documentation and SOP development skills
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Analytical skills to measure training impact
- Coaching and mentoring abilities
