Role Overview

  • Meydan Free Zone offers entrepreneurs and start up businesses the opportunity to set up and run their own businesses right in the heart of Dubai.
  • We are currently hiring a dynamic Team Leader – Associate Consultants, responsible for leading and managing the Associate Consultant team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences to Meydan Free Zone B2C clients, and contribute to the overall gro

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and regular performance reviews to team members. Set clear expectations for performance and behavior and ensure accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, and monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate strategy, sales tactics and approaches.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide monthly feedback and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the B2C function.
  • Encourage healthy competition and teamwork among team members.

To join our team, you will have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best performance.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • English. Any other language is desirable.
