- Create and manage interactive Power BI reports and dashboards

- Identify and resolve issues with Power BI reports and data sources

Requirements
- 6+ years in a similar operational role
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with advanced Power BI features
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Experience with change management processes

Key Accountabilities
- Create and manage interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights and trends.
- Design and implement robust data models that ensure data integrity and efficiency in reporting.
- Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, and other third party applications.
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues with Power BI reports and data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Establish and promote best practices for Power BI development, data governance, and visualization standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members on Power BI best practices and techniques.
To join our team, you will have
- 6+ years in a similar operational role.
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Power BI Features: Experience with advanced Power BI features such as custom visuals, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Experience with the change management processes.
