Job Purpose
Perform preventive, breakdown, and shutdown mechanical maintenance on rotating and static plant equipment.
Support production, quality, safety, equipment availability, reliability, and integrity across oil and gas treatment and loading facilities.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Obtain permits and prepare transport, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Allocate work, diagnose complex faults, inspect completed work, and perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Replace damaged parts, perform major overhauls, and determine replacement requirements.
- Prepare daily reports covering faults, work performed, materials, labor, and time.
Safety and Procedures
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and ADNOC HSE requirements.
- Prepare Job Safety Analyses, conduct toolbox talks, participate in emergency response, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Training and Improvement
- Provide on-the-job training for UAE National competency programs.
- Maintain tools and safety equipment, identify process improvements, and complete work within assigned time standards.
