About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop electrical dry utilities designs including power distribution, street lighting, telecom, and ELV systems in accordance with local authority standards
- Prepare design drawings, calculations, load schedules, and technical reports
- Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Perform design coordination with civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical dry utilities using Revit, Civil 3D, or similar
- Ensure BIM models meet LOD requirements and BIM execution plans (BEP)
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and design files
- Ensure all submissions meet authority guidelines and requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or digital infrastructure management
- Proven expertise in digital delivery platforms and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems
- Solid understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms, and system infrastructure
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for operational efficiency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong technical documentation and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with vendor management and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring

- Prepare design drawings, calculations, load schedules, and technical reports.
- Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Perform design coordination with civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical dry utilities using software such as Revit, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Ensure BIM models meet LOD requirements and BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and design files.
- Ensure all submissions meet authority guidelines and requirements.
- Address authority review comments and update designs accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to company BIM standards, CAD standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or digital infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in digital delivery platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms, and system infrastructure.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for operational efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical documentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with vendor management and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring.
- Preferred: Advanced technical certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or equivalent).
- Preferred: Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and DevOps practices.
