Role Overview
The Auth0 Delivery Enablement and Operations team is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for strategic work in Platform Infrastructure.
The role partners with Product and Engineering to improve operational processes and coordinate delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
- Define scope, value, and technical requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Coordinate planning, prioritization, integrated plans, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Provide stakeholders with transparency into goals, progress, and quality.
- Build technical and domain knowledge to influence strategy and decisions.
- Help teams adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling.
Experience and Skills
- Five or more years of technical program management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development.
- Experience focused on cybersecurity and delivery of large-scale technology programs.
- Experience managing risks across multiple technical projects.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to influence within a matrix organization and communicate with executive audiences.
