About the team and role

  • Our TPM team owns frameworks and programs that drive how Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics organization plans, prioritizes, and executes.
  • As a Senior TPM, you will own program strategy and execution across two pillars: payments, risk, identity, security, accounting systems; and reporting, experimentation, data products.
  • This is a broad, technical, high stakes mandate to shape how the company's backbone runs.

What you will do

  • Act like an owner of program strategy and execution across Data & Analytics and Business Systems pillars.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at every level, from engineers to e staff.
  • Drive strategy connecting day to day execution to long term goals.
  • Be a leader within the TPM team, identify opportunities to collaborate and coach teammates.
  • Lead beyond your pillars by contributing to cross company processes like yearly planning.
  • Own the complexity of multiple cross functional programs and create scalable frameworks.
  • Manage timelines, proactively identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Measure success by proposing metrics and identifying when they are at risk.
  • Build to move faster using AI and lightweight tooling.
  • Improve how we work by identifying and driving process improvements.

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in a TPM, program management, operations, or equivalent role at a technology company.
  • Track record of operating independently, leading through ambiguity, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Structured approach to work with judgment to add or remove process.
  • Experience partnering with data or business systems teams (analytics, experimentation, data platform, payments, risk, identity, financial systems).
  • Strong familiarity with software development process and working with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Hands on experience using AI in work and a clear point of view on how it changes program management.
  • Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
  • Ability to work and partner successfully across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the big picture.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Points

  • Worked in or alongside payments, risk, fraud, or fintech teams.
  • Partnered with data science, data modeling, or analytics engineering teams.
  • Understand A/B testing and experimentation process.
  • Comfortable in a data warehouse or BI environment (Databricks, Looker, Statsig).

Compensation

  • In California, salary range between $124,500 and $194,000.
  • In US outside California, salary range between $102,500 and $184,500.
  • In Canada, salary range between $130,000 CAD and $172,500 CAD.
  • Position also eligible for competitive equity ownership and comprehensive benefits.
