- Lead cross company processes like yearly planning.
- Drive multiple complex cross functional programs simultaneously and create scalable frameworks to track work and communicate progress.
- Lead delivery timelines, proactively identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
- Propose success metrics for programs and identify when metrics are at risk.
- Use AI and lightweight tooling to reduce coordination tax on teams.
- Identify and drive process improvements at team and cross team level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a TPM, program management, operations, or equivalent role at a technology company.
- Track record of operating independently, leading through ambiguity, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Structured approach to work, paired with judgment to know when to add or remove process.
- Experience partnering closely with data or business systems teams (e.g., analytics, experimentation, data platform, payments, risk, identity, or financial systems).
- Strong familiarity with the software development process, working with product and engineering teams from roadmapping through delivery.
- Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, analysts, and other subject matter experts.
- Hands on experience using AI in work and a clear point of view on how it changes program management.
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
- Ability to work and partner successfully across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the big picture.

About The Team And Role
- The TPM team owns frameworks and programs that drive how Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics (EPDA) organization plans, prioritizes, and executes.
- As a Senior TPM, you will own program strategy and execution across two pillars: payments, risk, identity, security, and accounting systems; and reporting, experimentation, and data products.
- You will drive the roadmap across both pillars and use AI to design better ways of running programs.
What You Will Do
- Act like an owner: Be an owner of program strategy and execution across Data & Analytics and Business Systems pillars.
- Build relationships: Work closely with stakeholders at every level, from engineers to e staff.
- Drive strategy: Dive deep into the how and why of your programs, developing plans that connect day to day execution to where these pillars need to go.

Compensation
- Base pay range in Canada: CAD 130,000 CAD 172,500.
- Position also eligible for competitive equity ownership and comprehensive benefits package.
