- Act as a leader within the TPM team and coach teammates

- Drive multiple complex cross functional programs simultaneously
- Lead delivery timeline and proactively identify risks
- Propose success metrics and identify when metrics are at risk
- Use AI and lightweight tooling to reduce coordination tax
- Identify and drive process improvements at team and cross team level
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a TPM, program management, operations, or equivalent role at a technology company
- Track record of operating independently and leading through ambiguity
- Experience partnering with data or business systems teams
- Strong familiarity with software development process
- Hands on experience using AI in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About The Team And Role
- The TPM team owns frameworks and programs that drive how Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics organization plans, prioritizes, and executes.
- As a Senior TPM, you will own program strategy and execution across two pillars: payments, risk, identity, security, and accounting systems; and reporting, experimentation, and data products.
What You Will Do
- Act like an owner of program strategy and execution across Data & Analytics and Business Systems pillars.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at every level.
- Drive strategy by diving deep into the how and why of programs.
- Be a leader within the TPM team and coach teammates.
- Lead beyond your pillars by contributing to cross company processes.
- Own the complexity of multiple cross functional programs.
- Manage timelines and proactively identify risks.
- Measure success by proposing metrics.
- Build to move faster using AI and lightweight tooling.
- Improve how we work by driving process improvements.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in a TPM, program management, operations, or equivalent role at a technology company.
- Track record of operating independently and leading through ambiguity.
- Structured approach to work with judgment on process.
- Experience partnering with data or business systems teams.
- Strong familiarity with software development process.
- Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, analysts.
- Hands on experience using AI in work.
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
- Ability to work across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
