- Resolve technical and production related issues
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation processes

- Lead production teams and maintain high workmanship standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in a joinery, carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or wood processing factory
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Experience in production planning, factory operations, and quality control
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience in GCC countries will be an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer with 4–6 years of professional experience in a carpentry workshop, joinery factory, furniture manufacturing, wood processing facility, or interior fit out company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, coordinating technical activities, ensuring quality standards are met, managing factory resources, and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory production and manufacturing activities
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and production specifications

- Immediate availability preferred
Salary
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 QAR5,000.00 per month
