- Make calls to reach potential students and parents, introducing them to Leaders Education Centre's programs
- Promote training courses and offer personalised course counselling to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and convert leads into enrolments
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, adopting a results driven approach
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email campaigns, and on ground events
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Centre’s courses to effectively market them
- Innovate and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain students
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide regular updates to management
- Build and nurture long lasting relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of outbound sales experience in an International call center (Mandatory preferably within the education sector)
- Fluency in English is required (Original Natural Accent)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Description
- Leaders Education Centre is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.

Compensation
- Monthly Salary: QAR 2500 + commissions
