Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
- CLEAR is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance our recruitment strategies.
- This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
- **Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Leverage various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, networking, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring metrics and optimize processes.
- Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff to enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
- Stay updated on current industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Requirements
- **Educational Background*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Professional Experience*** Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven success in senior or lead roles.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments and levels.
- **Technical Skills*** Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.
- **Core Competencies*** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
