Qualifications
- Educational Background Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional Experience 3 5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion.
- Skilled in creating mood boards, color schemes, materials, and finishes.
- Licenses & Certifications: Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of materials and fabrics used in interior design.
- Core Competencies: Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem solving skills and adaptability to changing client demands.
