- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tier construction talent, from skilled trades to executive leadership.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex construction roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers/HR Manager and project leaders to deeply understand technical requirements, project timelines, and cultural fit for construction positions.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles within the construction sector, anticipating future workforce needs.
- Internal manpower source allocation planning and distributions.
