Role Overview
EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive Azure DevOps knowledge and practical experience building scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enhanced solutions.
The role combines Azure infrastructure, DevOps automation, Kubernetes operations, backend services, system reliability, and GenAI application delivery.
Infrastructure and DevOps
- Architect and build scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with automation and quality checkpoints.
- Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, YAML, and ARM.
- Oversee AKS clusters and containerized application workloads.
- Optimize systems for availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Application and AI Delivery
- Construct backend services using Azure-native components.
- Deploy secure production-ready solutions.
- Develop and connect GenAI applications through LLM API integration.
- Build backend infrastructure supporting AI-powered applications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff.
