- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise infrastructure services
- Design, implement, secure, administer, and optimize on premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Exchange Hybrid, and Microsoft 365 services
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Build, configure, and support physical and virtual server infrastructure, including HPE servers, storage platforms, and virtualization technologies
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, including backup monitoring, restore testing, and DR exercises
- Perform operating system patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening activities
- Administer endpoint management, mobile device management, email security, and infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Package and deploy applications and operating system updates using Microsoft SCCM
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage issues in accordance with ITIL processes and SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Proven experience supporting both on premises and Microsoft cloud technologies
- Hands on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Commvault, Veeam)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper V)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) to support and manage its enterprise IT infrastructure across on premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise infrastructure services and ensure high system availability and performance.
- Design, implement, secure, administer, and optimize on premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Exchange Hybrid, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments, including identity, security, and cloud services management.
- Build, configure, and support physical and virtual server infrastructure, including HPE servers, storage platforms, and virtualization technologies.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, including backup monitoring, restore testing, and DR exercises.
- Perform operating system patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening activities.
- Administer endpoint management, mobile device management, email security, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Package and deploy applications and operating system updates using Microsoft SCCM.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage issues in accordance with ITIL processes and SLAs.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure integrations, and security improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, configuration records, knowledge base articles, and disaster recovery documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience supporting both on premises and Microsoft cloud technologies.
