- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for on premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
- Design, configure, secure, administer, integrate, monitor, and troubleshoot both on premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
- Manage projects and documentation related to system engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in L2 and L3 support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO Management, Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid), Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Azure & Entra ID, System Center Suite
- Experience with Incident & Problem Management, Backup & Recovery, and Infrastructure & Hardware
