Role Overview
Join the operations team supporting customers and suppliers and ensuring service expectations are exceeded.
Work across MPLS, IP, multicast, DWDM, and OTN technologies across multiple vendors, primarily Extreme, Juniper, Nokia, and Infinera or Coriant.
Own network faults from initial report through full resolution and support team goals.
Investigate faults, provide customer service during complex issues, and manage customer communications during urgent incidents and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for complex service delivery from provisioning through handover and coordinate with project management.
- Manage and troubleshoot escalated incidents, service requests, and changes in accordance with business SLAs.
