The organization is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, managers, and day-to-day HR operations.
Role Overview
The HR Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle and smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations.
The role is a key contact for employees and managers, maintains HR data in Odoo, and contributes to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and site administration.
HR Administration and Employee Lifecycle
- Manage contracts, onboarding documentation, transfers, promotions, offboarding, leave, absence, and attendance records.
- Prepare contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and current employee records.
- Support payroll preparation and follow up on discrepancies.
- Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.
