Job Summary
We are URGENTLY seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience across core supply chain functions.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Experience in the automotive or tire trading industry is highly desirable, enabling immediate contribution to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Manage inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supply chain transactions
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to align supply chain activities
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements within the supply chain
- Generate and analyze reports on supply chain performance and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (Senior level)
- Strong, well-rounded knowledge of core supply chain functions (procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution)
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or any ERP system is mandatory
- Experience in the automotive or tire trading industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Strong attention to detail and process optimization mindset
