Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to hit revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new international customers and distributors
- Build long term relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners
- Prepare export quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Manage export documentation: Sales Contracts, POs, Proforma & Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Letters of Credit (L/C), and shipping documents
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track orders from quotation through delivery and payment
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new export opportunities
- Deliver sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, or Business Development
- Proven track record of generating export revenue and winning new customers
- Strong skills in pricing, cost analysis, and commercial negotiation
- Hands on experience with export documentation — quotations, contracts, POs, L/Cs, shipping docs
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and international trade procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts under deadlines

What You Bring
