About the Role
TreadPlanet is seeking a detail-oriented Clearance and Freight Forwarding Executive to manage end-to-end shipment processing, customs clearance, and freight coordination in Dubai. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in UAE customs procedures and logistics operations.

Responsibilities
- Handle end to end shipment processing for import, export, and cross trade shipments
- Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin, delivery orders, and customs declarations
- Coordinate customs clearance procedures and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Liaise with UAE Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and other regulatory authorities
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely cargo movement
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation within the company's logistics systems
- Verify freight invoices and coordinate billing documentation where required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, logistics partners, and government authorities
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics operations
- Strong expertise in UAE Customs procedures and working knowledge of GCC customs regulations
- Hands on experience handling import and export documentation
- Familiarity with customs clearance systems, freight management software, and logistics ERP platforms
- Excellent understanding of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and freight documentation
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple shipments and deadlines
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Clearance & Freight Forwarding Executive to join our logistics team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end to end shipment processing, customs clearance, freight coordination, and documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE and GCC customs regulations.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and strong coordination with customers, freight agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.

Pay
- AED 1.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
